I Miss The Testomonial Game
It have been a while since I have see any testimonial match for an Arsenal player. The last one was Dennis Bergkamp and it have been silence since then.
During my years of supporting Arsenal, I have witness the testimonial match for Dixon, Keown, Adam, Parlour and Bergkamp. This guys have been a true Arsenal legend. They have given everything for Arsenal and have won the heart of us Arsenal fans.
I have no doubt that all Arsenal fans really love these guys. Adam, the true Arsenal legend and called as Mr. Arsenal have never give less than 100%. He is the best role model for the young generation. He have to retire at the early age of early 30s, he have won everything possible with Arsenal.
Parlour have been the most loyal servant to Arsenal. He was eventually release to make space for younger player and he was not guaranteed a place in starting line up. We never heard Parlour badmouthing Arsenal like some of the former Arsenal player did.
Dixon and Keown have been a role model for a young defender and become a good mentor. Both of this player have been absolutely class. I like Keown for it aggressiveness. He is no nonsense defender and I still remember how he never compromise a mistake made by his team mate something Arsenal have been lacking for a long time.
And who can forget Dennis Bergkamp. A true class. He never threaten to leave the club if he didn't get a game. He just do what he do best, less talk and let the talking done by his performance on the pitch. And he never fail to amazed us. I think he still be a better striker than Arshavin if he still play for Arsenal now.
Suprise as it seems, the closest players to earn testimonial is Jack Wilshere if it is counted from the day he join as a nine year old scholar. He have been with Arsenal for almost 10 years now. If that not make him qualified, the nearest person to have their own testimonial will be Cesc and Clichy which both join at year 2003.
I hope we can see them having their testimonial match and also the other players too.

Arsenal Mean Business In Carling Cup
Arsenal will travel to Manchester to face Manchester City. The memories of last season is a forgetable one. Going to this fixture, both team have a good run of form. Man City are second with Arsenal just 3 points behind. This fixture is a 6 pointer and a must win.
Coming to this game, the squad look good with the availability of Cesc Fabregas, Theo Walcott and Bendtner coming back from injuries. Theo and Bendtner have given a few minutes after a long lay off due to injuries. Cesc have been playing for an hour during the midweek scoring from the spot. He look good and there just no sign of recurance of the hamstring injuries. Theo and Bendtner didn't have time to prove themself so it just hard to see how will they do.
The big miss for this game sure will be Wilshere. At just 18, he shows why he should be starting for England. The boy is just class and for all the flair he was known for, he just don't afraid to stuck his foot. It seem reckless sometimes but he is learning. The red card really coming at the bad timing. I would love if he get it for tackling Adebayor. Don't get me wrong, I don't want him to start just because I want him to tackle Adebayor. But what I really want is the battle between him and the former Arsenal captain and hitman Patrick Vieira.
Lescott claim Man City have more match winner compares to Arsenal. Hmmm.. I think he is dreaming. If I was not mistaken, Man City is just like a 1 man team. They will win if only Teves play well which fortunately he did. Man City only have 6 goalscorer scoring 12 goals which 7 of them come from Teves. Arsenal have 9 goalscorer scoring 18 goals. Lescott must have been looking at the different stats than I am. Arsenal does have upper hand in scoring and Arsenal sure have more match winner.
Arsenal can win this match if they can keep a clean sheet which sadly very hard things to do. Conceding 10 goals in 8 matches is not a good stats. Man City only concede 5 goals. If Arsenal can cut out all the mistakes and Fabianski can continue his good form, I can see Arsenal winning this game. Teves should be made as quite as possible. If Arsenal can do this, I'm confident Arsenal will win this game comfortably. Any sort of win will ensure Arsenal a second place on goals differences.

Looking Forward For The Change Of Fortune This Week
After a week of international break, I happy to welcome back the Premier League. After 3 week of disappointment, I just looking forward for a better performance from the lads.
I hope during the international break, Arsene and his brigade can re-focus and regroup to bring serious title challege. Arsenal international star have been impresive during this outing. Something fresh for a long time. Arsenal players didn't shine enough during the previous two international berak but this time the story is different.
Fresh from impresive international week, I hope they can keep their focus back to the Arsenal team while maintaining their fine form for the club.
Man Utd and Chelsea have their own problem so I hope Arsenal can capitalise if they drop points. Man City and Spurs form only temporary and I have a good feeling they will drop points anytime soon.
The news of RVP and Bendtner start training is very good to hear. Arsenal need another striker. We just cannot depend on Chamakh alone.
Coming to next match, I'm optimistic Arsenal can grab the second place back. Or maybe we might see another leg broken by Stoke, Wolves player and De Jong.

I Cannot Believe I Said This. I Glad It International Break
The last international break, I remember I have post the 5 reason I hate international break. That is how I hate international break.
Like most of the time international break take place when Arsenal have the best form winning consecutive match and the momentum are distrupted by this international break. And after this international break, Arsenal struggle for form and with a lot of injuries to their key player.
But this time the case is different. I guess many of gooners just looking forward for international break. Just to ease a bit of heartache from previous 3 league match. The pain just to much to bear.
Maybe with the international break, the player take time to reflect what have gone wrong for the past 3 league match. What did they do wrong and what did they didn't do that just not enough winning matches. Maybe they just need some time break from club football to re-focus themself. I didn't see they focus enough for the last 3 league game. The big player just gone missing. The only player that have been outstanding are Nasri and Wilshere. I guess everybody agree with this.
I hope during time off from club football, Arsene will revalidate his tactic and squad selection for the coming match. So far the squad just didn't give enough and maybe some change of tactic might do some good during this bad spell.
Whenever the international break take place, I will be sweating for the news about Arsenal players. Any injuries will concern me and make me uneasy. But this time I'm might looking forward for some players to have injuries to make way for a more combative and committed players that just waiting to grab their chances. I would be happy if Arshavin, Diaby and Clichy get injured this time, for a month or so, just so they can make way for the likes of Vela, Gibbs and Wilshere more chances. I have a feeling that Arsenal will do better with the young guns compares to their senior. Arshavin have been poor all the time apart from his goal. Diaby just no convincing enough in the big games and he even get overshadowed by Wilshere. Clichy sometime can be poor and his contribution to Arsenal attack just a low as none with no goals, no good cross and no good pass. Gibbs can offer a far better cross and as fast as Clichy can easily track back when opponent counter attack.
For the past season, the international break always change Arsenal form from being good to bad, I hope this international break will change Arsenal form from being bad to being good.
And lastly, I still looking forward to club football in two weeks time. Please Arsenal, make me a happy man again.
